COURSE OF MOLDS of the human body

During this course the objective will be to introduce the students/participants in the technical aspects of plaster molds of the human body.

Firstly we will go over the theory then move to the practical.

To begin the practical, we will be making a mold of a part of our body or that of another student/participant.

The mold taken will be the negative. By creating the negative it will allow us to produce the positive: the actual form to be used.

Each student/participant will have many choices to express personal creativity, beginning with which part of the body to use.

Simple technical steps bring us a magical discovery. The plaster reproduces the shape, suspending it in a static form, yet allowing it to be full of life.
